OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we are happy to accept orders for return for store credit only or an exchange 30 days from the order's original ship date if your items meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and/or must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- Items must be free of odors and stains.
- Items must not have been purchased during a sale of 30% or more (this includes free items).
If requesting a full refund on leggings, please select store credit option and be sure to specify in the notes section that you’d like a full refund.
On the Volare Legging we offer refunds if you are not 100% satisfied if your items meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and/or must be in new and unused condition.

Please note, that you may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $7.00. To return using your own label, please ship your return to the address below:

Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.
Please note, in the event that your item gets lost, you must have your receipt and tracking number from your postal carrier for us to assist you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Exchange Color/Size
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size.
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return".
- Choose your desired new size or color that is in stock and enter this into the “Notes” section of your return.
- Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
Your item(s) will be treated as an exchange as long as the item you are requesting in exchange is in stock at the time of processing. If the item you request is no longer in stock, your exchange will be processed as a return.
Submit a Return
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- Print the provided return label and mail back the original product(s).
- When we receive your item(s), your store credit (apart from any shipping costs) will be processed. Please note that your items will be inspected by our warehouse and are subject to partial store credit should there be any issues.
Please Note - Shipping costs are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Damaged & Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team at help@volare.fitness within 72 hours of receiving your product. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.
Cancellations:
Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.
Lost or stolen goods:
Volare Fitness cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
