The resistance bands with handles come in a set of complementing neutral colors. The workouts you can do with this product are endless. There are 5 bands in total with strengths of 40lbs, 35lbs, 30lbs, 25lbs and 20lbs. The Can't Resist These Bands are latex with a scrunchy polyester sleeve cover. Included attachments are 1pc door anchor, 2pcs handles, and 2pcs ankle straps.

    Resistance Bands

    I really love the resistance bands! As a busy mom with a busy schedule these are great for a quick workout at home. The lightest band I’ve been using is slightly off center, one side has more resistance when placed in the middle but it still does the job. Love all the attachments and the colors as well, doesn’t look bad if I leave it out in my home. 10/10 recommend 👍🏻

    These are amazing!

    Granted I got these on a deal that was too good to pass up. As soon as I received it and used it, my thoughts were....I would pay full price for them because these bands are amazing. First off the look, colors, feel, and many options as far as weight and handles! When I kept pulling stuff out of the bag I was like what!?!?. It was the best surprise. When I started using the bands it provided amazing resistance and I can feel my muscles being put to work! Hello! This would also make a great gift!
